Moving On to New Beginings
Some changes abound…
Tired and bored with the old, very outdated, site I’ve decided to make a clean break of it and upgrade to the new WordPress 1.5. Why? Many reasons. Mostly because of the new features in it, and the fact that I expect it to reduce comment spam almost completely.
That confident? Yeah, you could say that. I’ve been playing with the developmental version since 1.3 alpha and I have to say its very solid. I have a few plugins I’ve written that I will post and such later on, as well as changing the default theme. For now its with the basic installed theme (Kubrick) and while its pretty… I have plans.
To give you an idea on how much of a leap this is - the version this site was running on was 1.02! I never got around to updating it to 1.2, and well… 1.5 is streets ahead.
So.. finally, I can turn off moderation on the comments!
