Flickr Backup
I tend to use Flickr as my backup for my photos but you can never be too careful. Flickr Backup is a nice cross-platform Java app that does just what it says - allows you to get all your photos back from Flickr. Pretty useful. (hat-tip: Michael )
Too cool for school
The news of MIT’s $100 laptop provokes drool from me. I waste around 3 hours a day just sitting on the train, but can’t really afford to buy a laptop that is worth paying for. However it is aimed at developing nations for 2007 right now. This just shows how static and stagnant our current technology industries are. Innovate you bastards!
Old Movie Posters
I’d never seen MST3000 until I went to the states. Somehow it passed this little island by. However I do have a huge love of old movies, including the wierd promotional materials they did for them. Some genius has found the posters for every film shown on MST3000. This is great. (hat-tip: Michael )
